This ninety-minute workshop will provide participants with some general wellness strategies for work and at home, as well as tips on how to set goals for achieving and maintaining wellness. The workshop will also provide a more focused look at mental and emotional wellness, including tips on how to recognize and manage sources of stress. Participants will be provided with resources and ideas to assist in monitoring their own mental health. This workshop takes place on March 23 – 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
